The history of Midwest Property is based in helping people who struggle with housing. Midwest Property Management Inc. was founded in 1968 by the Cunningham family. The company developed affordable housing utilizing the HUD D3 program which developed this much needed housing in the 1970's. During this time over 4,000 units were built and managed by Midwest Property and its affiliated companies throughout the Southwest.
Midwest Property was also the General Contractor on several noteworthy commercial projects including the Lloyd Noble Center a 12,000 seat arena at the University of Oklahoma, as well as the Physical Science Tower on the University of Oklahoma campus and others.
